Shipping

US domestic shipping

Sapphire Design Co. offers a variety of shipping options within the US. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order total and the destination address. Shipping prices will vary. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages once shipped.

  • USPS First Class (2-5 business days – no insurance coverage)

  • USPS Priority (2-3 business days – up to $75 insurance coverage by USPS if lost or damaged in transit)

Please note, Sapphire Design Co. is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

International shipping

Sapphire Design Co. provides international shipping, however, the cost of shipping may vary depending on destination, weight, and other factors. We are not responsible for any lost packages or damaged during transit.


Returns

Any non-paper products

Customers may return any non-paper products if the order is unopened, used, or altered in any ways. The order must not be purchased during any sale/at discounted price.

Please note, Sapphire Design Co. will not accept any returns for any occasional gift boxes. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.

Any paper products

Sapphire Design Co. will not accept any returns for any paper products due to the nature of paper. If the order you received was damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please kindly recycle/reuse any paper products and reach out to us. We would love to get an opportunity to hear what went wrong and what we can make it right.
